The same global technology platform from the 12-month paid media engagement. As our paid campaigns drove cost per lead down by 97% and volume scaled from single digits per week to dozens per day, a new bottleneck emerged that threatened to undermine the entire investment in lead generation. Duplicate detection queries existing records by email, company name, and contact name before creating new entries, preventing the data quality issues that undermined pipeline reporting.

Leads matching the highest-priority professional profiles trigger immediate notifications to the relevant sales team member. The notification includes the complete enriched profile so the rep can engage immediately without additional research. Lower-priority leads are queued for batch follow-up.
