Autonomous systems are powerful but they run on infrastructure that changes. Software updates, platform changes, and connection failures are inevitable. System Health ensures these are caught and fixed before they affect your operations. If your system is a nice-to-have rather than mission-critical, you may not need it.

    Yes. Monthly billing with no lock-in and no cancellation penalty. If you decide to self-manage your system, you can cancel and we will hand over all monitoring access. We recommend keeping System Health active for at least the first 6 months after Hypercare ends, as this is when most integration issues surface.

    System Health covers maintenance and stability. If you want to add new capabilities, expand the system, change the strategy, or build new agents, those are scoped and quoted separately as Custom Solutions or engine upgrades. System Health keeps what you have running. New builds add to it.

    Automated checks run continuously on all your agents, integrations, and data flows. If a connection between two tools breaks, we get an alert instantly. If an agent stops running on schedule, we know within minutes. If your dashboard stops receiving data, we are notified before you check it. Most fixes happen before you even know there was a problem. For anything that requires your input, we contact you directly with the issue and the solution.

    You keep everything we built. The system is yours. But you become responsible for monitoring and fixing issues yourself. If a software update breaks a connection, you will need to identify the problem and fix it or hire someone who can. Many clients start by self-managing and then come back to System Health after the first time something breaks at an inconvenient moment.
