1. How Clients Opt In
Clients provide their phone number to AI Content Engine via one of the following methods:

Email communication
Onboarding form
Direct message or conversation with a representative of AI Content Engine
By providing their phone number through any of these channels, the client consents to receiving WhatsApp messages from AI Content Engine for purposes outlined in this policy.

 
2. What We Send
Messages may include:

Content approvals and review requests
Task updates
Service notifications
Performance reports and summaries
Important project or campaign updates
 
3. Frequency of Messages
Messages are sent only when relevant to the client’s account or active projects. Typical frequency is between 1–3 messages per week, though this may vary based on project activity.

 
4. How to Opt Out
Clients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message received from AI Content Engine. Messaging will cease immediately upon opt-out.

 
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Client phone numbers are stored securely and used only for communication related to the AI Content Engine service.
We do not share client phone numbers with third parties.
